Hi, I'm Kimberley
I’ve always loved building things – whether it was a business, a plan, or a system that actually works in real life. I started my first business when I was 19, running a dance studio, and I’ve been learning and evolving ever since.
Later, when my own kids were little, I started a handmade hairbow business. It was small, flexible, and creative – and it taught me firsthand what it’s like to juggle business with motherhood. That experience shaped everything I do today.
Now, I run Mumboss Marketing, helping mums build sustainable businesses with marketing that actually fits their lives. I know what it feels like to want growth without the burnout, the guilt, or the endless “shoulds.” That’s exactly why I created The Flexible Growth Plan.
My Marketing Journey
I’ve spent years learning and practising marketing – formally, digitally, and hands-on. I have:
- A Business Management degree, majoring in Marketing
- A Certificate in Digital Marketing – Social Media
- Membership in the Australian Marketing Institute
Professionally, I’ve worked in both small and large organisations, helping brands grow strategically.
These experiences taught me one thing: marketing only works when it fits the person behind it. A plan that looks perfect on paper is useless if it doesn’t fit your life, your energy, and your priorities.
Why I Created Mumboss Marketing
I wanted to create a space where marketing feels doable. Where you don’t have to hustle, overcomplicate, or try to fit someone else’s template.
